Keegan and Kai were in Dahlin today shopping for baby things. Ever since Katsa and Keegan had told Kai what they were going to name on of their babies, Kai had been a little more happier. He wasn't back to his old self, and he still didn't seem like he trusted Keegan all the way, but the little bit of happiness was a start.

"What do you think is a good gender neutral color?" he asked, while they walked along the side walk, looking for a baby store.

"I don't get the whole 'gender neutral' thing," Kai replied, looking at his and Keegan's reflections in the store windows they passed by. He scrunched up his nose. "Why can't a little boy where pink? I wear pink sometimes. You wear pink sometimes." Keegan actually wore pink a lot because of his job.

August had no real reason to be in Dahlin today. Maybe for something to do, maybe he wanted lunch, or maybe he wanted to scan for clio that he could 'get with'.

Speaking of 'getting with' some clio, he spotted somebody who he knew. It was that Kai kid, and he was with somebody. Boyfriend perhaps? The kid was a little whore though, so it was probably just somebody to play with for the night.

(He knows he raped Kai, but he pretends that Kai wanted it.)

"Huh," Keegan sort of grunted. "I suppose you're right." They continued to walk, not realizing that a creepy pervert was heading their way. "I'm not going to dress a little boy in a dress though, we don't wear dresses."

"You'd look good in a dress," Kai told him, half-seriously. He hadn't noticed August yet. If he had, he might just be running in the opposite direction. Or he might have frozen up in shock and fear. Just then, as they were unknowingly getting closer to August with every step, Kai happened to tear his eyes away from his own reflection and saw the man who had molested him and helped turn him into the depressed mess he was today.

He froze up in shock and fear (like I said he would.) His eyes got wide and he tugged on the sleeve of Keegan's shirt like a frightened child. "I need to get out of here," he whispered to Keegan. He wanted to leave but he was too afraid to leave Keegan's side.

Before the couple could leave, August reached them first. "Hey there Kai!" he said in a friendly voice. "It's good to see you again! Who's your friend?"

Keegan turned when Kai stopped and grabbed his sleeve. "O-okay," he said confused. "But why? What's wrong?" Then he turned to face the man who aproached them, and he knew Kai.

Oh god. Kai took a few steps back and then literally hid behind Keegan. "Keegan," he whispered fearfully. "Let's just go! Come on, please!"

He couldn't even look at August. He knew if he did he would probably throw up right then and there.

"Aw don't be like that Kai," August said trying to get closer to him. "I haven't seen you in a while!"

Keegan wrote:

"Who are you?"

"My name is August," he replied. "And it's nice to meet you Keegan." He tried looking around Keegan to see Kai.

Keegan held out a defensive arm so this August guy couldn't see Kai. "Kai doesn't seem to be very pleased to see you," he said. "So maybe you should leave." He narrowed his eyes into a glare.

Kai felt a little safer with Keegan here, but he was still scared. What if August wanted to hurt him again? Luckily Keegan didn't seem to be willing to let that happen.

When August tried to look around Keegan at Kai, Kai shrunk back even further, shielding himself from August's gaze.

August stopped trying to take a look at Kai when Keegan stopped him with his big muscly arms. xD "Well maybe I don't want to leave," he replied. "And besides, Kai just being silly."

"Listen," Keegan hissed. "I asked you nicely," he was getting pissed. "Leave before I force you to leave!" Keegan had his suspicions of this guy, and if he was right August better be ready to lose a lot of things on his body, but he wasn't about to rip this guys penis off if he was wrong.

"Keegan," Kai whispered, "That's him."

That was all he needed to say.

That's all Keegan needed to hear from Kai. He just snapped, and with an angry grunt he attacked August. August fell to the ground and Keegan started punching his face over and over again. Clio started rushing at Keegan to pull him off of August, and still nobody could pry him off. Now he had his hands around August's neck, and he was slamming his head in the sidewalk over and over, he didn't get enough of those in before clio finally managed to pull a snarling Keegan off.

Don't know how, but August was still concious, and he jumped up and started to run, leaving a trail of blood behind him.

"YOU BETTER HOPE I NEVER SEE YOU EVER AGAIN YOU SICK FUCK!" Keegan screamed. "BECAUSE NEXT TIME THERE WONT BE ANY CLIO TO PULL ME OFF!!"

Keegan shrugged off the clio who pulled him off, and all of them were too afraid to take him to prison, and there just happen to be no clio police around either. The croud cleared, and Keegan walked back over to Kai, breathing heavily. He had Augusts blood all over his fists so he wasn't about to touch Kai.

"I'm sorry," he said gruffly.

Kai watched the scene unfold with huge eyes. He had never seen Keegan angry, at least not that angry, before. He knew Keegan was strong and tough, but he never would have expected him to just attack a man like that. It was a little bit scary, though Kai had to admit he felt some sick satisfaction watching August's head get slammed into the pavement.

He opened his mouth, but it was a long time before any words actually came out. "We...we should...probably get out of here..." he said finally in a weak voice. He didn't want Keegan to get in trouble for what had just happened.

"Yeah," Keegan replied, his voice still gruff. He felt so satisfied right now, that asshole, that mother fucking piece of shit, who hurt his Kai, got just what he deserved. "Let's go." He started walking while clearing his throat, it was all flemy because he screamed so loud.
