Julie stared at her dad in disbelief. "What!? But--how--how could you never tell us that!?" she exclaimed. She actually felt a little angry about this. "Don't you think we deserve to know something like that!?"

Quinn II was more than a little disturbed at the fact that he was related to that guy. He was also disturbed that the guy--Rene--would willingly and knowingly try to rape his own niece.

"This man, is a terrible, terrible man," Quinn explained. "He has done many terrible things..."

Quinn didn't know if he should tell his children all the things that Rene ever did, he didn't want to disturb them even more.

"When we finally got him into prison," he explained. "Your mother and I decided that we wouldn't tell you about him. We didn't want you to know about him..."

"That's not a very good reason dad," Keegan replied. "Why didn't you want us to know about him? What has he done? What's wrong with him?"

Keegan had so many more question, like 'Why was he trying to rape our sister?' but he wasn't sure if he should ask that yet. When his father got really angry it was really scary.

"It's not a reason at all!" Julie exclaimed. "You think it was better for me, finding out this way!?" For god's sake, she had just been molested by a middle aged man who she was related to, it would have been nice to have a little heads up!!!

"Yeah Dad, don't you think we should get to know what kind of psychos we're related to?" Quinn II asked dryly. "Especially if they happen to be incestuous?" He shuddered a little. Just thinking about it made his skin crawl, he couldn't even begin to imagine what poor Julie was feeling.

Quinn heard the word 'incestuous' and he stared at his son, "What has he done?"

"It's not what he has done," Keegan replied. "It's what he tried to do."

He cautiously told his father the story, and when it was over, he braced himself for the worse.

Julie had kind of been hoping they could skip that part of the story. However, Keegan ignored her frantic gesturing and told their dad everything he knew. Julie groaned; there was no way she'd ever be allowed to leave the house again!

Quinn II didn't dare look at his father's face, because when he got really angry he got this really terrifying look on his face. It was seriously scary. If Quinn II ever ended up on the receiving end of that look he would probably faint.

Quinn got his angry Quinn face on, but it was much scarier than it use to look, probably because this was dealing with his children now, but it could also be because he was older. Maybe it was both.

He clenched and unclenched his fists, and his breathing got more ragged.

Then he screamed into the woods, loud enough to wake up every single living creature in there, and if Rene didn't hear it, he was deaf, "RENE! YOU'VE GONE TOO FAR NOW! NEXT TIME, I WONT HESITATE TO KILL YOU!"

Growling and snarling like an animal, Quinn started stomping off towards the woods.

Keegan shut his eyes tight when his father yelled. He never heard his father yell like that, in fact, he barely even heard his father yell. The sound of his dad's voice like that made him want to cry. He opened his eyes back up and looked towards his father who was going towards the woods.

"Dad," he said timidly.

His father whipped around, and his expression softened, a little. Keegan couldn't help but flinch again, "Dad...let's just go home..."

Keegan swallowed hard, but his father's expression turned into a face of worry and he walked back to his children.

Quinn II had a 0.o face and the three siblings were kind of hugging each other in shock and fear. He and Julie exchanged a look of shock, and then turned their attention back to their dad.

"A-are you alright...?" he asked his dad tentatively as he returned to them.

After exchanging the shocked look with her brother, Julie pulled away from them and approached her dad. "I'm sorry for making you worry..." she said in a small voice. It was a scary thing to think about her parents getting so upset over her that they would lose control like that.

Quinn looked down at his daughter, and pulled her into a tight hug. Without letting go he said in a hoarse voice, "Let's go home kids..."

Keegan let go of his brother and walked over to his father and sister slowly. He didn't say a word, but stood there and gestured for his brother to come, so they could leave Theodore Lane and head home together.
