Bean splargy!

Rene yelled in pain when the shadow panther attacked him. He tried turning over to fight it off but it was ruthless. Eventually though, he turned over and threw it off of him. He had gashes all over him, but he was still able to stand up. This time he took control of Kaiden. He was about to make him break something, but Keiran had blasted more wind at him.

Julie watched them fight off Rene. Working together, they did seem to have the upper hand. Rene was the one taking all the hits. Reluctantly, she said, "Okay, but you'd better swear that neither one of you will get hurt!" and just as reluctantly took off as fast as possible, which wasn't very fast, but whatever.

Kaiden was realived when he saw that Julie was leaving. He knew that Rene would try to stop her, but he and Keiran were not about to let that happen.

Together, they used wind and animal attacks to push Rene to the ground again. The panther kept ripping at Rene's back, tearing at him.

Rene was in a lot of pain, and he was bleeding everywhere. How weird this was, to be the clio getting hurt. It should be those kids, lying on the ground bloody and hurt. They didn't have a scratch on them. He was so angry, but he was getting weak. He slowly turned over, and threw the panther off of him. But then there was the wind. Rene was losing, and not to an Overloridian, no, he was losing, to two kids.

"Kaiden," Keiran said. "I think we're winning."

If it had just been Keiran, he might not have won, but with Kaiden working together with him, they were actually beating this guy. They were going to stop Rene, and get rid of him, and then Julie, her family, and loved ones, will never have to be afraid of walking the streets at night.

Kaiden would have grinned at Keiran, but just then another huge wave of water came. It was a surprise, and it caught both teenagers off guard. They were thrown back aways, onto the ground.

"Spoke to soon," Kaiden groaned from the ground as he pushed himself up. Instantly shadow!Nala attacked again, this time with more force. Kaiden was getting sick of this guy.

Rene tried to fight off the shadow again, but this time it was coming at him with even more power. This was getting ridiculous, this was Rene, not some weak little nothing, like those kids. But why was he losing?

He pushed the shadow off, and tried sending icicles at them again.

The icicles seemed to mostly be directed right at Kaiden, so Keiran jumped out at him and pushed Kaiden out of the way, getting hit in a couple of places.

"Damn," he said through gritted teeth. "That hurts!"

"What the hell was that for?" he asked Keiran, once again picking himself up from the ground. "Next time, let me handle the- Oh God, Keiran," he groaned. There was an icicle lodged in his leg. The stupid idiot.

Rene, seeing that Keiran was down, sent another army of ice straight at Kaiden. Kaiden did the smart thing and had his shadow stand perfectly in line in front of him. The icicles stabbed into it, instead of hurting Kaiden at all. Once they had caught all the ice, Kaiden had the shadow sink to the ground, and then reform, icicle free.

Rene smiled evily when he saw that Keiran was hurt, so sent more towards Kaiden, but Kaiden did a cool trick with his shadow and his smile turned into an angry glare.

Now that Keiran had realized that there was an icicle in his leg, he felt the pain, and fell to the ground. That's all Rene needed to beat these assholes, so he took control of Kaiden once again.

But of course, that stupid firecrotch wasn't all the way down, and had gotten back up to blast Rene away again.

Like what it said in Rene's post, Keiran had no idea he had an icicle in his leg until he looked at it, and that's when he received the pain full force. It caused him to drop to his knees, and he looked up to see what Rene would do next. He noticed Kaiden's body stiffen, so he got back on his feet and blasted Rene away again with a huge gust of wind.

Even while Kaiden was frozen by Rene, the shadows could still work their magic. Both, the boy and the panther, attacked head on. The boy had grabbed a rock, and was planning on hitting Rene with it, when suddenly a big gush of wind pushed Rene out of the way. Kaiden was unfrozen, and dropped the shadows in surprise.

Seconds later though, and the shadows were back on the evil man, beating him and tearing at him.

Rene fought off the shadows once again, and he ran at Kaiden and Keiran. He elbowed Keiran in the stomach, causing him to fall, and since his leg was hurt he couldn't get back up, and Rene took control of Kaiden once again. He forced Kaiden to lay next to Keiran and he screamed, "I'm done with you two!!!!!"

He formed two giant icicles on his arms, and was about to stab them both directly in their hearts.

Julie hadn't been able to find anyone. No one had answered at the Overloridian's house. She feared that she had already taken too long, and if she didn't return soon then the two boys she loved would be killed. She would never be able to forgive herself if she came back with someone and they were already dead. She had to go back, she had to help them.

So she did go back. And just as she feared, Rene was standing over the boys, with two enormous icicles aimed at them. "NO!" she screamed in horror, rushing over as fast as she could. She grabbed Rene tightly and shot electricity through his body with every ounce of strength she had.

Instantly the control Rene had had of his body was released. He stood quickly and pulled Julie away from the what looked unconcious Rene. "Julie!" Kaiden breathed, grabbing her into a hug and smoothing her hair quickly. He was so happy, so relieved that she was okay.. He didn't even notice she hadn't brought anyone back.

Then of course Keiran was up on his feet, so Kaiden moved away, letting him come see his girlfriend. It hurt letting her go, but he knew it was what Julie wanted.

While Keiran was hugging/explaining/whatever with Julie, Kaiden went over to examine the body of Rene. He was still breathing, but he was bleeding profusely from the deep gashes in his back. Kaiden kicked him, making sure he was still unconcious, before breaking up the couple.

"We need to get him to Dahlin," he said, bringing his shadows to life again. "Keiran, you need to float him."

Keiran was so proud of his girlfriend. She had been so brave, and saved his and Kaiden's lives. He winced when he tried to get up, but when he finally did he pulled Julie into a tight embrace and kissed her lips, nose, cheeks, and forehead over and over again.

Kaiden wrote:

"We need to get him to Dahlin," he said, bringing his shadows to life again. "Keiran, you need to float him."

"Right," Keiran said with a nod. "I think I'll float too..."

He took a quick look at his leg, he wondered how deep in it was. It was bleeding pretty good, but he wasn't dizzy or dead yet, so it must have missed major things.

The winds picked up and soon Rene and Keiran were floating.

Julie looked kind of ill when she saw the icicle sticking out of Keiran's leg. It seemed to have missed any major arteries, so she was able to pretend like she wasn't as worried as she was. After they turned Rene over to....whoever, she would make him go to the emergency room.

"Once we get to Dahlin," she told him breathlessly, feeling drained from all her 'running' and by using the full force of her Eilemaiden, "you should go to the hospital." She looked at Kaiden with equal concern. "You're not hurt too, are you?"

"Nah Jules, I'm fine," Kaiden said, flashing her a smile. He was so happy she was okay. Like, it was unbelievble how happy he was.

Keiran made Rene float, so Kaiden had his human shadow and his Nala shadow (in the form of a lioness) follow the unconcious man on each side.

Keiran was also floating, so he flew behind them because he needed to make sure Rene wasn't waking up, plus he needed to make sure that he was flying him in the right direction.

Kaiden picked Julie up. "I think you've walked enough today, huh?" he asked her.

Now that the whole fight was over, Keiran was feeling a little tired. He couldn't wait to just get patched up, then go to sleep in his home with Julie safe and sound next to him. And believe it or not, he was glad Kaiden was safe now too. In fact, Julie's whole family was safe, well not only that but every single clio in Amelia will be safe now. And it was all thanks to these three teenagers. Keiran felt proud.

Soon the three were in Dahlin, and Keiran landed, walking the rest of the way while favoring his right leg.

Julie tried to protest a little when Kaiden just picked her up without asking, but she was two tired to actually fight it or anything. Besides, she had to admit, this was a way better method of travel than walking at the moment. She resigned and let him carry her.

Now that Rene was gonna be locked up, she could breathe a much anticipated sigh of relief. It meant the world would be that much safer when Quill was born, and that meant more to her than anything.

They reached Dahlin. "Thanks Kaiden, but you can put me down now," Julie told him, because she didn't want to go into wherever they were taking Rene while being carried.

Kaiden set her down when she asked, and finally let his shadows sink into the ground. Fighting and then walking all that way had really tired him out, using his Eilemaiden and carrying a seven month pregnant girl and all. xD

ANYWHO, as soon as they walked into Dahlin, clio noticed what was going on. Rene had been wrecking havoc on Amelia for a long time, and his face was pretty well known by now. Immediatley he was taken into custody, and Keiran was taken to a Dahlin hospital. Julie and Kaiden both went with him so they could be checked out, too.

Once they reach the hospital, Keiran was stitched up and bandaged. The other cuts he received from the icicles just needed to be cleaned up and normal bandaids. Even though he knew Julie and Kaiden didn't get hurt he still wondered how they were doing. But now that he was all fixed up he was able to leave the room they took him in. His leg still hurt, a lot, but it stopped bleeding, and he was alive. All thanks to Julie.

He waited a little bit in some kind of waiting room, until Julie came back. Followed by Kaiden. But instead of walking over to Julie first, he came to Kaiden. He held out his hand for Kaiden to shake and looked at him seriously, but in a friendly way and said, "You're not as bad as I thought you were."
