i'm forty five for a moment.

Roy was at Casa Nova's today for some relaxing time or something. He bought his coffee, a donut, and sat down at a table.

There, first post, finished, and short.

Julie was only at Casa Nova's to grab something to eat on her way home, like a muffin or something. She was really hungry and she was far enough away from home that she didn't want to wait to have to walk all the way there before being about to eat, so she just took a quick detour through Dahlin and stopped at Casa Nova's.

There was a line at the register, and the old lady in front was taking forever to decide what to order, so Julie was forced to stand there and wait. Stupid old lady.

Roy didn't notice her at first, he was too into some other non pregnant chick to see Julie. He stole a glance at the line at the counter, and that's when he saw her. Miss Pregnant Pants. He smirked.

He got up from his chair, and snuck up from behind Julie.

"Long lines today aren't there?" he asked.

Julie gave a start when someone snuck up behind her, but calmed down when she saw who it was. Jerkface's jerkfriend. She gave him a look of disdain, then turned back around hoping to just ignore him. Maybe if she ignored him he'd just go away. She didn't even know why he was talking to her in the first place when she so obviously didn't like him.

"Oh I see how it is," Roy said, feigning hurt. "Giving me the cold shoulder. Eh Julie Cakes?"

He took a couple of steps to the right so he was on Julie's right side, "Don't be that way! All I wanted was to say hello!"

"I would prefer 'goodbye'," Julie said stiffly, turning her head away from him. She hated this. Maybe Kaiden didn't want anything to do with her, but his stupid friend sure did. Why wouldn't he just leave her alone? What did he want, anyways?

Roy couldn't help but let out a slight laugh. It was weird, how the hell did Kaiden get into this chicks pants? She must have been drunk or something. Or maybe she was just that desperate. Or maybe Kaiden raped her? Either way, this girl was totally not as easy as she must have been when Kaiden fucked her.

"Yeah but," he replied. "That's not why I came up here, now is it?"

Julie was getting fed up. "Look, just...just leave me alone, alright?" she said, frustrated. Why couldn't this line move any faster?

"Aw, but Julie..." he whined, while pouting and tilting his head to the side. "All I wanted to do was say hello!"

Julie finally turned around to face him. "Then say it, and leave!" she snapped, glaring.

"Well now that you've acted so rudely to me," Roy replied while crossing his arms. "I wont say it at all," he uncrossed his arms and put one on his hip, "Say you're sorry Julie."

Roy was such a jerk.

Well obviously Julie didn't say she was sorry. It was her turn in line finally so she tried to just completely ignore Roy as she ordered a blueberry muffin. Once she paid for it, she turned to leave and started for the door, still pointedly ignoring Roy.

Roy knew she was ignoring him, but he didn't want her to leave yet. He wasn't done messing with her.

"Hey wait Julie," he called while walking after her, "I've decided I accept your apology, and I'd like to invite you to come sit with me at my table!"

"Leave me alone," Julie said again. She kept walking. She didn't want to go sit at his table. She just wanted to eat her muffin, go home, and cry. "I wouldn't want to sit at your table in a million years."

"But why?" Roy asked her. "What have I ever done to Miss Julie?"

He looked at her all quizzical-like.

Julie stopped. "What do you want from me?" she asked in a strained voice. "Do you want to make me mad? Do you want to make me cry? What are you trying to do?" He'd probably say something stupid like 'I just want to be friends' or even something stupider than that.

"To be honest," Roy replied while shrugging, "I just wanted to see how easy you really were."

He actually wasn't being honest. He knew that he would never get her in bed with him, even if they were the last two people on Amelia and them sleeping together would mean repopulation. He was really just doing this stuff to make her mad.

Julie stared at him. First she was shocked, then she looked really hurt, then she got this horribly angry look on her face. She slapped him across the face, then turned around and stormed out the door. As she walked away, tears stung her eyes.

This wasn't fair.

Roy was a little bit shocked himself, and slowly raised his hand to touch his face. Then he was satisfied, he got the exact reaction he was looking for. He smiled, laughed a little, and went back to his coffee and donut.

He spotted a hot chick sitting alone reading a book, decided to join her, and left with her.
